![]() If no fire, pull the hot start and try again. When hot, do not touch the throttle and kick it like you mean it. When cold, pull the choke, do not touch the throttle! And kick it like you mean it. In this case, spray the plug off with carb cleaner, dry it with air and then you should be good. They get wet easily and it will not fire with a wet plug. With a 426, if it doesn't start after a few kicks, check the spark plug. ![]() Hot 4-strokes start a lot easier if they're a little lean, especially after a tip over when you're likely to have some extra fuel in there. The hot start is opposite of the choke it leans out the mix. ![]()
